this day came personally before the court Jacob M. Mack minor and orphan of
John Mack, late of Fairfield County Ohio decd, age 14 years September 23rd A.D.
1859 and made choice of ________Meimberger for his guardian which choice is
approved of b y the court, ordered that said guardian give bond in the Sum of
one thousand Dollars with Grederick Betz and Joseph Burgner (?) as Sureties
conditioned according to________and thereupon said guardian appeared in court
and accepted said appointment and gave bond accordingly and was duly sworn
faithfully and honestly to discharge the duties de------- upon him as such

Conditioned according to law. And thereupon said Admr appeared in Court and
accepted said appointment and Gave Bond accordingly and the court appointed
Jacob Shaeffer, George Kerns and Augustus Martin appraisers of the Good and
